Return Policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but always want to make sure our customers are 100% happy so please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
If an order is to be returned, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping Policy
We carefully package each item so that it arrives to you in perfect condition, but because of the fragile state of pottery, on occasion, something may be damaged. In hundreds of orders, we've only had one broken mug. Please contact us and take as many photos of the damaged box as well as the pottery and send them to us at tppalaska@gmail.com. Claims received more than 7 days passed the delivery date may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
We do our best to get the most accurate shipping prices and can handle smaller orders of one to three mugs. Anything larger than three will most likely require additional shipping charges.
